The Healthy Living program is available to U.S. participants in Praxair’s medical plans who are enrolled in most Aetna, CIGNA and Blue Cross/Blue Shield plan options. Healthy Living is not currently available to (a) certain collectively bargained employee groups and their dependents, (b) participants covered under the CIGNA International coverage option, (c) participants covered under the Praxair Major Medical Medicare Supplement Program (MMMSP), and (d) participants covered under the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Senior Blue option.
