24-Hour Nurse Line
Did you know? |
Have a health question?
Call 1-800-556-1555.
The Informed Health® Line 24-hour nurse line gives you toll-free access anytime, day or night, to a team of registered nurses experienced in providing information on more than 5,000 health topics. Informed Health Line is not intended to replace a doctor visit, however, this valuable service can help you learn about health conditions and medical procedures, and to improve the way you communicate with your doctor. For example, Informed Health Line nurses can provide tips on how to describe health symptoms more clearly and ask the right questions during office visits with your doctor.
Informed Health Line nurses recognize that each caller is unique. They do not follow a generic script; instead, they recognize and respond to each question and treat each call as specifically – and as individually – as possible.
