No. Praxair has selected Aetna to conduct the Health Assessment and to make the follow-up programs available. Praxair does not have access to any individual health information at any time unless an employee gives written permission.

How can I view/update my profile once I've registered? |

Access your profile by clicking the My Profile link on the Simple Steps To A Healthier Life site. From the My Profile page, you can view and change your information.

How will my registration information be used? |

No personally identifiable information will be used without your consent. Information about all users will be collected and used for statistical analysis. (For example, how many men and how many women use the product.) Do I have to take the Health Assessment in order to use the Simple Steps To A Healthier Life website? |

Yes. The Health Assessment is meant to provide valuable feedback for each user on the website concerning the user's risk of certain conditions. The Health Assessment uses an algorithm to provide feedback and programs targeted to the user's potential risk areas. (All programs are not available to all users.)

Can I participate in more than one program at a time? |

No. If you start a new program without finishing your current one, you will not receive credit for work completed in your current program.

I completed week/step 1 of a program. How can I proceed to week/step 2? |
A. |
Each week/step lasts seven days from the day you start, so you can only complete one week/step within this seven day period. The program progresses to the next week/step when you log in after completing the seventh day. You can take as long as you like to finish the seven days. This way, if you can't log in — because you're on vacation, sick, etc. — your program does not continue without you. You pick up where you left off.

How do I know if my next program week/step is available? |

If you selected the option to receive weekly reminder e-mails, you'll get an e-mail letting you know when your next program week/step is available. If you did not select the e-mail reminder option, log in and your program week will appear at the top of the page. |
